CBD For Anxiety
CBD works closely with the body’s endocannabinoid system to calm down a person in case of stress. It also helps people suffering from sleepless nights to deal with this disorder. CBD interacts with different body parts, so it’s hard to explain where CBD generates its benefits from.
Recent studies have proven that CBD can be beneficial in cases including:
- Generalized Anxiety Disorder
- Social Anxiety Disorder
- Over Compulsive Disorder
- Panic Disorder
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

How much CBD should I take for stress and anxiety?
The Dosage
The general rule of thumb is always to start low and go slowly. First, set a baseline dosage, then slowly begin to increase the dosage until you reach just the correct amount you need that produces the desired result.
Start at around 2 to 4mg with two doses daily. Keep using the same dosage for at least a week. Observe how this amount of CBD interacts with your body.
If you are not satisfied with the result, increase the dosage by a milligram or two after every 3 days interval. After you get the desired outcome, try decreasing your dosage by a milligram to see if you can carry on at a lower dose.
Don’t Take Too Much CBD.
So far, there haven’t been any serious side effects of CBD reported, but too much of a good thing is always a bad thing.
Always start little at first and then increase step by step if needed. Larger doses are for patients with serious conditions such as epilepsy. People suffering from minor problems such as sleeping disorder or anxiety or even a little stress does not need unnecessarily large doses.
Using small amounts of CBD can do wonders against anxiety or stress. Too much CBD may cause even the anti-anxiety effects to disappear.
