What Am I Going to Feel When I Take CBD?

So if you’ve never taken CBD before, it’s not like smoking a joint. If you’ve ever done that before, when you smoke a joint you feel it instantly when you eat pot, it kind of takes 30 minutes to two hours to sort of process through your body and get into your bloodstream and start to affect you. CBD is different than that from a sense of, you’re not going to feel this euphoria feeling when you take CBD or when you put it, what you do is you put it on your tongue or under your tongue for 30 to 60 seconds and then swallow.
If you were expecting something to happen, you’re probably going to be a little bit underwhelmed by that. What you may feel is in the next 10 to 15 minutes, you may feel a little bit of a reduction in your kind of like the anxiety that you feel or that anxiousness. Also you may feel a little bit drowsy after that.
The effects of the CBD and then, of course when you swallow it, it’ll make it down to your body as it starts to go through your body. The only way that I can kind of tell you what this is like is if you use the CBD, if you’ve ever taken aspirin or Tylenol or ibuprofen, it’s kind of like you take the ibuprofen and that pain sort of fades and into the distance. CBD is similar to that, if you’re expecting something to happen, it’s an underwhelming effect.
But what you may notice is a sense of calmness. A half an hour, 15 minutes later and that’s what you should be expecting or you should like kind of be looking for when you take CBD.
It’s also more of like a compiling type of product. So when you take CBD, don’t expect it to be like this is what happens when it does. This is more of something that your body uses to repair the receptors in your body. And so it’s compounds over time. So you want to continue to take it as the effects of it sort of come out from it. Llike five days in after you’ve been taking it consistently in the evening time is what I suggest for five days. That’s when you’re going to feel the full benefits of what CBD can do for you.
